Anna and Leah flew over from the emerald island to celebrate Christmas. We had your typical Swedish Christmas dinner, if in a somewhat abbriviated version food wise – concentrating only on the really good stuff. Then we also had the exchange of Christmas gifts. And the following arguments on who gets to play with what, and with whom – “tillsammans” was a word commonly used, although not practised that well.

We had a lovely Christmas in our little apartment. All together we were eight adults and two children and we had to arrange and then re-arrange the dinner/computer table and the kitchen was a little too crowded for my liking sometimes, but all in all everything went smoothly. It was very nice to celebrate a rather big Christmas.
Leah was baptisted yesterday, so now it’s officially official that Leah is named Leah. It was a quite quiet ceremony, Leah was on her very best behaviour. She only cried when she was held on her back and the priest poured the baptism water on her. We had snacks afterwards at Anna and Mickey’s house and Anneli and Christian brought cute little Vincent (whom they had left at home with Christians aunt for the baptism). Mickey’s mom and dad were also here for this special occasion.
