The exciting life of the Löfmans
Finally Winter has melted away and Spring is well on it’s way! Noemi tried out her friend Samuel’s swing the other day much to her amusement. Then came Easter and of course Noemi enjoyed her Easter eggs very much, even if I think she was more facinated by the actual paper egg itself then the contents. Among this little picture update is also Noemi in her cute brown dress she was given for Christmas by her farmor, it was the quite big then but now fits perfectly!
Since the new year has begun we’ve been lazy updating pictures… So, here comes a mixture of our favourite pictures bringing us up to date. Among other occasions there are pictures from when cousin Leah meets Noemi for the first time, Noemi’s first pig-tails, Noemi’s birthday party and bath time pictures.
I can’t believe how quick time has gone since Noemi was born, 6 months today!
She’s growing very fast now, sometimes I could swear she’s grown during the night…
She’s making much progress and I’m sure it won’t be long until she crawls.
At the moment she can move across a room in her own style and she can also sit by herself without any help.
We’ve enjoyed our first 6 months with her so much and we are excited to see more of her personality as the rest of the
year goes by.
Yesterday Peter and I celebrated a lovely Valentine’s Day and six years as a couple! We did this of course, as we’ve done every year so far, by eating tapas out. This year we went to the same restaurant that we went to the first year. This was interesting beacuse they have since, recently changed the name of the restaurant from El Toro Bravo to Que Pasa as well as owners. We liked the new concept and very much enjoyed a Tabla de la Casa, a mixture of the chef’s choice of tapas. It was very satisfactory evening, which we finished by wathching Australia (which I thought was pretty good) and piging out on goodies in our brand new sofa, that we are both in love with and can’t seem to get enough of! Maybe this was the last time we had dinner out before the baby, today it’s only 10 days to (as you can see by my belly!) These are exciting times!
Just the other day a very old friend of mine posted a comment, after having stumbled upon our blog. We used to play together when we were 8 years old, so we’re talking waaaay back!! I’m really quite lazy about writing on our blog, Peter is much better at this, I never seem to be able to find the time… But I was touched by my friend writing, so I wrote her an e-mail back and thought I would write a little update… We’ve now been in our new apartment for about a week and a half. It’s been stressful with the actual move, and I’ve been working hard to unpack as many boxes a day as I’ve had the energy for. Peter has started to prepare for new paint/wallpaper, we can’t wait until we get the apartment the way we want it. But in the meantime, we really are enjoying having so much more space compared to Klareborgsgatan! My belly is growing and the baby’s kicks are stronger for every day, it’s even possible to see them on the out-side of my belly, very exciting!! Since I have the day off today, I’m eager to get back to unpacking more of our boxes… so this will be all for now.
