I passed the drivers license written exam

In Sweden this is called “teoriprov” which translated to “theory test” (or simular). It is a test that tests your theoretical knowledgeof all the rules and road signs and things you must know in order to drive.

I was very nervous today before the test. More so than I ever was at uni, but I think it was because I consider this to be very important. And also, it’s a 3 months waiting period.

Anyway, I passed with flying colurs! I got 68 correct answers out of 70 points, where 5 were control questions so 63 of 65. I am very happy with the result.

So now it is only the practical test left. I booked it just now and have to wait till October November 20th.

More space

I bought an external hard drive yesterday. I wanted to buy an entirely new computer but since we are saving money for our Australian trip I decided to put it on hold. I was in dire need of more disc space however, so I purchased a 500 GB LaCie.

I have already started to fill her up! 🙂

Anna, Mickey and Leah have a new home

I helped Anna, Mickey and Leah move into their new flat today. They had been subletting the apartment in Hisingen but have now found (with help from dad) a 3 bedroom apartment in Mölndal.

It was not so much heavy lifting but I got really tired from running up and down the stairs. Was sweating like a pig (do pigs sweat?)! I consider this training which makes it a total of three days of training this week. I will do 2-3 days per week this first month and then escalate.

I think they are going to enjoy their new flat! Congrats!
