The street we are living on is a rather special street, not like the rest of the streets in Gothenburg. There are lots of small boutiques selling all kinds of stuff. It is also renowned (or whatever word you want to use) for being the number one source for porn shops and live shows. Mix all this together with lots and lots of pubs, restaurants and antique shops and then you have Andra Långgatan.

Anyway, once a year we celebrate the day of Andra Långgatan and it was very festive indeed. All the shops opened up (more than usual) and had stands on the outside. People were advised to sell things on the street, creating a huge market. Many shops had DJ’s playing cool music and people were in a jolly good mood not just because of all the good vibes but also because the weather was beautiful, it must have been the sunniest day up to that point and temperatures up the 30 degres Celsius (or something like that).

It was a wonderful day!
